Abstract
This document was created by Cynthia McCottry Smith as a way of mapping her mother's ancestry. These are the descendants of Daniel Arthur Turner and Mary Jane Heyward. Mrs. McCottry Smith modeled this directory after the McCottry family directory (1981) to shed light on the other half of her lineage. In addition to creating a family tree, this item is partially written in a narrative format which gives details about the life and characteristics of the Turner family.
